Delivery Policy
Baby Bijoux offers delivery via mail services throughout the Bahamas and on-site deliveries to business locations within New Providence, Bahamas. Delivery fees are based on the method and speed of delivery required; and, in some cases, the weight of the items to be delivered. Fees are assessed at check-out. Delivery terms are FOB Shipping Point in all instances, which means that the title and responsibility of goods transfer from Baby Bijoux to the customer when the goods have been placed on the delivery vehicle.

The following further outlines delivery options:
Delivery via Mail Boat:
Following your online purchase, you will receive an email requesting your shipping information and requirements. Once the required information is received, the order will be scheduled for delivery. Delivery lead times via Mail Boat are dictated by the vessel owner and cannot be controlled by Baby Bijoux. As a result, Baby Bijoux does not guarantee delivery times thereby.
In the case of deliveries via Mail Boat to the family islands, items will be shipped as "Freight Fees Collectible from Customer", which means the customer would have to pay the Mail Boat whatever fees they assess upon delivery. This is separate and apart from Baby Bijoux's handling fee which is billed at check out.

Delivery via Bahamasair:
Air delivery is also available to the family islands via Bahamasair for orders no larger than that of a Quick Pack (9"x15"). Larger items would have to be shipped by Mail Boat. In the case of deliveries via Bahamasair, items will be shipped on the next available flight following 48 hours of purchase.

On-site Delivery:
On-site delivery (hand delivery) is available on the island of New Providence, Bahamas only. For safety and security reasons, deliveries are only allowed to take place at business locations between the hours of 9:00am to 2:00pm and during days of business operation. Following your online purchase, you will receive email correspondence making arrangements for the delivery. Upon delivery, the customer must present valid identification and sign for receipt of the order.
