Return/Refund Policy

To exchange or return an item, here is what you need to know: You have 30 days after purchase to exchange or return, unless noted in our exceptions. You can return items in-store, or by mail.  Please provide your in-store receipt or Baby Bijoux.com order number and we will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes and fees to the original form of payment or provide a replacement.  There are no restocking fees or return shipping fees.

Returning online purchases by mail:

If you need to return an item purchased through the store website, you have the option to return it by mail or in the store. To process the return by mail, get started by logging into your account through the website. Click on purchase history and then navigate to the item you want to mail back. Click ""start a return"" beside the item then follow the steps thereafter.  Make sure your item is packed in the original packaging and that all the original accessories are packed with it, if there were any accessories then visit your local post office and mail the item back to Baby Bijoux, General Delivery, Nassau, N.P., Bahamas. When it's received, your refund will be processed, or a replacement will be sent out to you.

Non-app returns in the store:

If you would like to make an in-store return without using the app, that's easy, too. Make sure all the original packaging, accessories and materials are with the item. Also, bring the receipt along with you. If you don't have the receipt and purchased the item online the purchase details can be brought up online by the customer service associate who helps you. Finally, take the item and all the packaging and information you have, either the receipt or an email address, to the customer service desk to have your refund processed.

Refund & exchange exceptions:

Baby Bijoux reserves the right to limit, or decline returns or exchanges regardless of whether the customer has a receipt. All returns without a receipt are subject to a refund verification process. Refunds issued for lost items are subject to recharge if Baby Bijoux or the seller can verify delivery or frequent abuse. All decisions regarding returns are subject to applicable laws. The Store Manager retains final authority to accept or decline any item that is eligible for return. Under no circumstance may a Store Manager accept return of an ineligible item. Store managers may always, at their discretion, refuse return of an item they deem to present a potential health or safety risk to any individual.

Baby Bijoux also reserves the right to close Baby Bijoux.com accounts, or to cancel or refuse orders or returns for violations or abuse of our returns policy, or any fraudulent activities relating to returns.

Perishable items, undergarments, and hygiene products are non-refundable.  Also, items that have been visibly altered, or suffered damage due to incorrect use, mishandling, or negligence are non-refundable.
